This is how our arms need to shake.Put your hand straight out, then bend your fingers but keep the middle of your hand flat

How our arms should move is squiggly. We teeter totter our head. Our mouth is open and you show all your teeth together—first attached then unattached. You scrunch your eyes.
Go this way, go that way.

This is stomping feet. You are moving your feet so big like giant feet. So loud and strong.
One arm is down and one is up. Then, one goes over the other. And then it switches and the other arm is up and down.

We got into our movment circle, and one by one looked at our movement drawings. One at a time, we re-created the Wild Thing moves. First, hands, then arms, face, feet, etc. After we tried each movement we put them all together
Lucas: Remember, Calvin taught us how not to just run but we have to run, then stop and kind of like jump, then run again.
Violet: We have to swing on the trees.
